IFF in Indiana

Since 2007, IFF has helped nonprofits from Gary to Evansville obtain critical and affordable financing for construction projects, property purchases, equipment and more.

IFF's recent survey of Indianapolis nonprofits found that many local agencies are in need of facilities that better meet their space and quality needs.

IFF's below-market rate loans provide solutions to Indiana nonprofits' facility needs.  For the Drexel Foundation for Educational Excellence and the Thea Bowman Leadership Academy (TBLA), as part of our commitment to focus on charter schools, IFF's loan enabled them to purchase land and cover predevelopment expenses for a new school facility. Thanks to IFF financing, construction for the new TBLA campus was completed on time and under budget, allowing the school to add a 12th grade program and more than double its student body to 1,400.

Talk to our staff to learn how IFF’s loan products can strategically and responsibly improve your agency's operations and build your net assets.
